Plantation shutters are customarily hung in sets of two. Traditional windows
that are standard sizes have two shutters that run the full length of the
window. Pictured here are three windows with a divider rail built into each
shutter. The divider rail separates the shutter into a top rack of louvers and a
bottom rack of louvers. This allows you to control your light and privacy by
closing the bottom louvers and leaving the top louvers open.
